Business Development Consultant

At Baltic Apprenticeships, we're seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in Darlington. As a key player in our business, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with clients and promoting the value of apprenticeships for recruitment and workforce development.
About the Role:- You will have a comprehensive knowledge of Baltic Apprenticeships, our offering and the markets we operate within, to have valuable conversations with clients.
- Utilise the sales tech stack to identify and qualify leads, turning them into high-quality prospects and genuine sales opportunities.
- Perform prospect outreach via calls, emails, social outreach and networking to book meetings with potential customers.
- Follow up and engage with prospects who have engaged with us via inbound marketing efforts.
- Effectively sell the value and benefits of apprenticeships to clients.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with leads.
- Manage your time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
- Educated to degree level.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped OTE/commission and excellent progression opportunities.
