Community Stroke Team Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our Integrated Community Stroke Team (ICST) as a Band 6 Physiotherapist. Based in the Furness Area, you will be part of a rotational team working between Inpatient and Community settings, allowing you to be involved in the patient pathway from admission to discharge and ongoing rehabilitation. The role includes a 6-day service for inpatients and a 5-day service in the community, with plans to extend this to 7 days in the future.
As a member of the ICST, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy care to patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes. You will have access to a range of services, including induction, stroke-specific training, and support for ongoing service developments.
