Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Community Intervention Specialist to join our Liaison and Diversion Team in Lancashire & South Cumbria. As a specialist, you will be responsible for working with individuals who have complex needs and provide them with timely and accurate support.

Your primary focus will be on identifying unmet needs and vulnerabilities that often lead to or exacerbate offending behaviour, and providing brief community-based interventions to maximise service user access and engagement.

You will work closely with local agencies to ensure seamless care and coordination, and contribute to the development of effective strategies to address the needs of vulnerable individuals.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
