Job Summary:
">The NHS is looking for a skilled and dedicated Community Midwifery Specialist to join our team. As a midwife, you will be working closely with women and their families to provide high-quality maternity care in the community.
">About the Role:
">- We are seeking an experienced midwife who can work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team.
- You will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent patient care, ensuring that all women receive optimal treatment and support throughout their pregnancy journey.
What We Offer:
">We offer a competitive salary of £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional development and training, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
">Requirements:
">- Registered Midwife qualification
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Current driving license
- Ability to make appropriate clinical decisions and prioritize care needs
