Community Practitioner Role

This is a key role within our established Liaison and Diversion Service, operating seven days a week. The successful candidate will work on a shift basis to support individuals with substance misuse, mental health, learning disability, or other vulnerabilities when they first come into contact with the criminal justice system.

Main Duties
  • Liaise across agencies to support onward planning and intervention to address needs.
  • Offer brief community-based interventions to maximise service user access and engagement with appropriate services.

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate creative approaches to problems and make informed judgments requiring analysis and interpretation. A degree qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience is required.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £43,667 per annum
