Community Stroke Team Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Community Stroke Team (ICST) in the Furness Area, offering a unique opportunity to work on the entire patient pathway from admission to discharge and ongoing rehabilitation in the community.
The ICST provides a 6-day service including Saturdays for the inpatient pathway and a 5-day service in the community pathway currently, with the aim of 7-day inpatient working and 6-day community working in the future.
As a member of our team, you will have access to a supportive induction plan and stroke-specific training/competencies, enabling you to develop your skills and expertise in providing high-quality care to patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with stroke-related conditions, as well as contributing to the development of new services and initiatives within the Trust.
