Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our community outreach team in Barrow as a Support Worker.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visiting service users in their own homes to provide tailored support and guidance.
  • Building trusting relationships with service users to empower them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Delivering person-centred care to make a positive impact in the lives of adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

Salary and Benefits:
