Community Stroke Team Leader

In this rewarding role, you will work alongside our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients with stroke and other neurological conditions. As a member of our Integrated Community Stroke Team, you will contribute to improving patient outcomes and experiences across the Furness and South Lakes areas.
Our hospitals offer a range of specialist services, including Emergency Departments, Critical/Coronary Care units, and Consultant-led services. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills through our supportive induction plan and ongoing training programs, including stroke-specific training and NROL (Neuro rehab online).
About the BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,884 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a range of perks, such as flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
