Job Overview

This Sales Manager Leader position plays a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The successful candidate will lead high-performing sales teams, develop strategic plans, and execute them to achieve revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, expand market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform our sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market intelligence to inform future decisions.
About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
