Job Title: Digital Marketing and Brand Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Brand Coordinator to join our team at AF Selection. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing digital and physical marketing campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to engage with our target audience and drive website traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to create and manage social media content, email marketing campaigns, and website updates.
  • Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop presentations to present to the commercial team.
  • Work with the graphics manager to create and oversee all marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and branding.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree standard education or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of digital marketing, social media, and website design.
  • High standards of IT literacy, including WordPress, Canva, and MS Office.
  • Inquisitive nature and strong eye for detail and pro-active problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Results-driven.
  • Proven teamwork skills and ability to work in a harmonious, driven, passionate team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to a high standard.
  • Confident and articulate.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
  • Full, clean driving license.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
