Job Title: Head of Sales and Performance

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Sales and Performance to lead our sales function in the luxury market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and performance in the luxury market
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement
