Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ERSG Ltd. As an integral part of our project team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our key project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule regular meetings, record minutes and actions during key project meetings, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
  • Communication and Liaison: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate high levels of organization, time management, and prioritization to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new IT systems and software.

  • Team Player: Demonstrate a team player attitude with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
