Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and functions.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including events and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
