Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage team to ensure that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and impressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.
  • Work closely with our Food and Beverage team to ensure that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and impressed.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to their requests.
  • Process cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are presented in a visually appealing manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
