Food and Beverage Team Member

About the Role:
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and/or bar. Your primary focus will be to ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience, exceeding their expectations in terms of service, quality, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the running of the service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Anticipate guest needs, ensuring that their requests are met promptly and with a smile.
- Work closely with the management team to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, service, and presentation in the restaurant and bar.
- Assist in the organization of training sessions and departmental meetings, contributing to the development of a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Previous experience in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
- A level/college education is preferred, but not essential.
