This includes overseeing staff, coordinating service across departments, and ensuring that all members receive outstanding experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Supervise the daily operations of the club, including Palmers, Orchards, reception, and all event areas.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between departments (front-of-house, kitchen, cleaners, etc.).
    • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring all club areas are prepared and presentable.
    • Maintain and enforce club policies, standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver outstanding member service.
    • Assign duties and shifts, ensuring appropriate staff coverage at all times.
    • Provide on-the-job training and support to ensure staff are performing to high standards.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Event Management:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of private events, dinners, and functions.
    • Work closely with the Membership & Events Manager to ensure all member events run smoothly.
    • Supervise set-up and break-down of events, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines.
  • Inventory & Supplies:
    • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, food, beverages, and equipment.
    • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records of usage and orders.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
