St John Ambulance is committed to increasing the diversity of our team and making sure we best reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. As a Sessional Youth Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

You will be responsible for delivering sessions to young people involved with the NHS Cadet Programme, providing them with valuable skills and experiences that will help them grow and develop. You will work closely with a Project Lead and other Youth Support Workers to plan and deliver content that meets the individual needs of each young person.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering formal or informal training or activities to young people
  • Motivating young people who have low or unrealised aspirations
  • High levels of IT literacy
