Role Responsibilities
\Once your pre-employment checks have been completed, you will be contacted by Recruitment to arrange your start date, which will be in line with one of our Corporate Inductions.
\As an NHS Patient Access Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programmes to ensure that all MTW staff gain the skills and knowledge required to work confidently and effectively.
\You will work closely with our Senior Trainer and training team to design and implement action plans and training programmes to address identified training needs.
\Key skills and qualifications include excellent organisational, written, verbal communication skills, ability to analyse complex information, and strong interpersonal influencing skills.
