About the Role

\

We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. As an RTT post holder, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training across MTW sites.

\

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training materials, working with diverse staff groups, and analysing data reports to identify training needs.

\

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start a career as a Trainer in the NHS or those already holding a professional training post. You will work closely with our Senior Trainer and training team to ensure efficient and effective RTT training.

Requirements

\
  • GCSE level or equivalent experience\
  • An accredited training qualification or equivalent experience\
  • Evidence of continuing professional development\
  • Strong VDU/keyboard skills and proficiency in Excel
\

Salary Information

\

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
