Patient Focused Care Assistant

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Mental Health Care Support Specialists at West Kent Place of Safety.
The successful candidate will provide care and support to in-patients experiencing acute mental health difficulties, adopting a flexible working pattern and committing to self-development and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a patient-focused service that promotes optimum independence
- Providing routine information to inform work colleagues, patients, clients, carers, and external contacts
- Giving physical healthcare and checks, documenting changes on the early warning scoring system (NEWS2)
