Youth Programme Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Development Officer to join our team in Sja's West. As a key member of our youth programme expansion and growth team, you will drive work within new communities, recruiting new adult volunteers into youth unit teams and promoting our youth programmes.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young people, volunteers, and community development. They will also have a proven track record of managing projects within set geographies and contributing to project budgets.
This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility to extend subject to funding. We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £32,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
