Job Overview

Golding Homes is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of our major works programme, working closely with contractors and developers.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to undertake project management duties on our major works programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, managing relationships with contractors and developers, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of major projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality plans
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and internal teams
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
