Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RMN to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, person-centered care to patients experiencing acute mental illnesses.

About the Role:

  • To provide comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists, to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to trust policies and procedures, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • RGN or RMN qualification (or equivalent)
  • Pre-registration experience in mental health settings and/or working with people with mental health conditions
  • Basic knowledge of and ability to apply relevant legislative frameworks and policies relating to care
