We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced oncology lead nurse practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our Cancer Performance and Oncology Directorate, you will contribute to upholding the highest clinical standards and values.

The post holder will ensure patients receive compassionate, dignified, and respectful care, valuing diversity within our local community and beyond. You will support senior leaders in developing career paths for nurses and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with experts to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with General Managers and Clinical Directors to ensure service success.
  • Leading and delivering change in cancer services.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a meaningful impact on cancer services.

Salary Range: £54,000 - £61,000 per annum pro rata.
