Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Oncology Nursing Director. This leadership role involves supporting Ward and Departmental Sisters/Charge Nurses in promoting excellence in nursing and midwifery care.

The post holder will ensure patients receive compassionate, dignified, and respectful care, valuing diversity within our local community and beyond. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to upholding the highest clinical standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior leaders in developing career paths for nurses.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with General Managers and Clinical Directors to ensure service success.
  • Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with experts to improve patient outcomes.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a meaningful impact on cancer services.

Salary Range: £53,755 - £60,504 per annum pro rata.
