Nursing Leadership Opportunity

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Matron to lead our Cancer Performance and Oncology Directorate. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical leadership skills, with experience in staff management, financial management, and change management. A Master's level qualification or equivalent experience is also required.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive compassionate, dignified, and respectful care, while maintaining high clinical standards. Your excellent communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate will enable you to work effectively with our General Managers and Clinical Directors.

Job Requirements

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
