Job Title: Registered General Health Nurse

This role offers flexibility with options for block bookings, full-time, part-time, or ad hoc assignments, with a competitive hourly rate of up to £23.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver outstanding care in Kent as a compassionate and competent Registered Nurse (RGN Band 5).
  2. Promote health and healing through observing and monitoring well-being, then evaluating the effectiveness of the care provided.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including specialist nurses, doctors, physios, occupational therapists, and social workers, as well as overseeing healthcare assistants, nursing associates, and students.
  4. Safeguard patient confidentiality and well-being.
  5. Experience working in a community hospital setting is required.
  6. A valid car driver's license is necessary for community visits.
