Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Community Health Practitioner to join our team in Harlow, working as a locum on a full-time, ongoing basis with a salary of £29 per hour.

This role involves providing expert clinical guidance and support to colleagues, developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and working closely with community and district nursing teams to deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with community and district nursing teams to deliver excellent patient care
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Providing expert clinical guidance and support to colleagues

Requirements:

  • RGN qualification/NMC registration with a valid live pin
  • Recent UK nursing experience, preferably in a community or district setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
