Breakdown Claims Handler

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Breakdown Claims Handler to join our team at PIB Group. As a Breakdown Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers who wish to make a claim on their policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support and advice regarding breakdowns or motor incidents.
- Liaise with our nationwide network of recovery agents and colleagues from other departments within the business.
- Deliver a market-leading standard of customer care and ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
