Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Breakdown Claims Handler to join our team at Jigsaw. As a Breakdown Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers wishing to make a claim on their policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide verbal support and advice regarding their breakdown or motor incident.
- Liaise with our nationwide network of recovery agents and colleagues from other departments within the business.
- Deliver a market-leading standard of customer care and resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Upbeat and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping customers.
- Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
