The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Breakdown Claims Handler to join our team at Jigsaw. As a Breakdown Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers who wish to make a claim on their policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner
