Job Title: Night Breakdown Claims Handler

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Night Breakdown Claims Handler to join our team at Jigsaw. As a key member of our claims handling team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders who have experienced a breakdown or motor incident.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers wishing to make a claim on their policy
  • Deal with customers who are in a variety of different situations, from vehicles that won't start at a home address to roadside breakdowns or road traffic accidents
  • Offer verbal support and advice to customers regarding their breakdown or motor incident, while delivering a market-leading standard of customer care
  • Liaise with our nationwide network of recovery agents and colleagues from other departments within the business
Requirements:
  • Be upbeat, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping customers
  • Be an effective communicator, empathetic, reassuring, and understanding when speaking to customers on the telephone
  • Be an organized individual who can work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
