Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakdown Customer Care and Sales Specialist to join our team at Jigsaw. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a friendly and helpful service to clients, displaying a passion for customer service and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently.
- Sales and Renewals: Process mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies, collect payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments, and identify opportunities to upsell additional products.
- Communication and Organisation: Demonstrate high levels of communication, organisation, thoroughness, and time management to clear day-to-day workloads efficiently and correctly.
- Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to colleagues when required, and assist on a surge basis to our Breakdown Claims Advisors by answering calls and arranging the relevant level of service.
- Quoting and Closing: Quoting and closing new business enquiries, and building and maintaining long-standing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathise and successfully deal with difficult customers.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a high level of service to clients.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: PC literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
