Job Description

The Reception Team Member will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests, resolving issues, and promoting hotel services and facilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless delivery of services, maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is essential.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of IT and system or the ability to learn new systems is required.
  • Salary: A competitive salary of $45,000 per year is offered for this contract position.
