Customer Service Representative Job

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Assessing customer issues and ordering parts as needed.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless communication.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide resolutions.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • GCSE Math's and English are preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems to manage customer interactions and orders.
