Frontline Support Worker for Vulnerable Individuals

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Frontline Support Worker to join our team.
About The RoleYou will be working closely with vulnerable individuals, providing expert advice and support to help them overcome challenging situations.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored safety plans for victims of domestic abuse
- Provide regular one-to-one support and group sessions to empower victims
- At least 1 year of experience in managing a caseload of vulnerable service users
- Female applicants only (due to specific client needs)
- A valid full UK driver's licence with access to a vehicle
