About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Manager to join our team at Service Service. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the delivery of all services provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership on the development of current and new services, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Organize conferences, events, and other activities to promote the company and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day line management of staff, including conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Work closely with the Treasurer to ensure the smooth running of all financial processes, including budgeting and expenditure management.
  • Ensure that all company policies are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current legislation and best practices.
  • Attend Board meetings to provide input and take minutes, ensuring that the company's governance and decision-making processes are effective.
  • Represent the company at networking events and meetings, promoting the company's services and building relationships with potential clients and partners.
Requirements
  • Excellent office management and administrative experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to manage and maintain complex systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
