**Job overview**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a part time Management Support Team Administrator. The role is to provide to our Clinical Team Managers and Clinical Teams administrative support within the Older Persons Community Team. You will need excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. You will need to demonstrate skills and experience in diary management, minute taking with working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience are essential.

**Main duties of the job**:
Provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial/administrative support to the management team which may include presentations / spreadsheets including complex reports.

Ensure the workload of the management support team is prioritised to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards.

- NVQ 2/3 Business Administration / Customer Services, or equivalent or willing to work towards.

- Experience of working at PA level

- ICT skills including Microsoft (especially word processing, spreadsheets and presentations, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
