Deputy Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Administration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adequate administration and secretarial cover, monitoring staff workloads, and allocating work accordingly.
Key Responsibilities- Administration and Secretarial Support: Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including monitoring staff workloads and allocating work accordingly.
- Patient Management: Add patients from Outpatient Clinics to the Waiting List, adhering to the Trust's policies and procedures.
- Emotional Support: Provide sensitive and professional support to patients who are emotionally distressed.
- Interpreter and Sign Language Support: Assist patients and their carers by arranging Interpreter/Sign facilities via INTRAN.
- Deputy Management: Deputise in the absence of the Administration Manager and provide front-line administration support when required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of administration and secretarial procedures, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
