Deputy Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Business Operations Manager to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our Business Support team, you will play a vital role in supporting the continued improvement of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to review and improve data quality and reporting.
- Manage a team of Business Support colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support service improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in a business operations or management role, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
