**Background**

Peter Colby Commercials owns an extensive portfolio of commercial property and development land throughout the UK. Our in house property team manages all aspects of the diverse investment portfolio, undertakes development work in relation to our land bank of green/brownfield sites and assists in the management of the Groups operational properties.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Property Administration Manager and Facilities Management Manager, you will assist in the provision and coordination of our estate wide Facilities Management responsibilities using our management database. You will be involved with the review, update and management of the database to ensure that appropriate property maintenance, servicing and testing is maintained and recorded.

You will work closely with the Facilities Management Manager to ensure that the ongoing timetable of maintenance and certification is kept up to date.

You will manage calls and enquiries from Tenants Contractors and Consultants and deal with all relevant aspects of office administration required by your manager.

Reporting to the Property Administration Manager and Facilities Management Manager the duties will include (but are not restricted to) assisting in the delivery of the following:

- Operation and management of our Facilities Management Access Database, working with our Facilities Administrator to ensure the records and documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Oversight and management of the timetable of Landlords Planned works and matters for which Tenants are responsible.
- Preparation and generation of regular and ad hoc reports for the Property Administration Manager and Facilities Management Manager.
- Maintenance and management of all manual files.
- Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls.
- Management and dispersal of incoming and outgoing post.
- Any other relevant roles which the Group Head of Property and Property Administration Manager require to deliver the range of responsibilities covered by the Property Division.

**Hours of Work**:08.30 to 17.00, Monday to Friday with a one-hour break, flexibility is required around these hours as necessary.

**Holidays**: You will be entitled to 30 working days holiday with pay in each full holiday year including bank and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
