Sales and Specification Manager

This is a business development opportunity that requires a self-motivated 'hunter' with experience in construction sales. You will work on securing new project specification sales opportunities for a range of external wall insulation systems.
You will engage with key stakeholders, including housing associations, local authorities, architects, consulting engineers, and contractors, to secure funding for large-scale new build or retrofit residential projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the industry and a proven track record of success in business development. We offer a competitive salary package, including £45,000 basic, £70,000 OTE, and uncapped commission, as well as additional benefits such as a company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday, healthcare, and pension.
