Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our enterprise sales team. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in negotiating long-term contract sales and managing sales teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Negotiate and close deals for long-term contract sales
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  3. Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the IT sector
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating and closing deals
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
