We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth across England.

This dynamic role involves managing our internal business development team and five external sales representatives, ensuring a cohesive, motivated, and high-achieving team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to grow the business throughout the UK, leveraging industry and company data.
  2. Communicate and align the sales strategy across company levels, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  3. Lead sales teams to achieve revenue and profit margin targets, providing ongoing training and support.
  4. Recruit, manage, and develop sales teams, promoting a positive team culture.
Requirements
  1. A proven track record in sales leadership, ideally in the plumbing, heating, or distribution sectors.
  2. Strategic planning skills to implement growth-oriented sales strategies.
  3. Effective leadership and team management, fostering a positive team culture.
  4. Competent IT and data analytic skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  5. A full UK driving license is required for regular travel across England.
