About the Team

You will partner with managers to provide guidance on performance, engagement, and career development. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a People function, preferably in a venture-backed environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including equity in a rapidly growing startup, private health insurance, and unlimited annual leave.
