About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Manager to join our team at Recruit4staff. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of innovative talent management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR leadership, with expertise in employee engagement, talent development, and organisational performance improvement.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. A competitive salary range of £44,000 - £49,000 p/a is offered, along with a range of benefits including 27 days' annual leave, company pension scheme, and discounted holidays.
