Manager Role in London Office - Organisation & Performance Practice

Annual Salary: £130,000 - £160,000.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our London office's Organisation & Performance Practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a management consulting firm with demonstrated project and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple project teams and client relationships expertly and efficiently.

Work directly with clients and Managing Directors to set project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, manage team responsibilities, and maintain the timeline.

Structure complex strategic and technical problems into discrete modules and provide life sciences industry thought leadership to aid project execution.

Understand the critical issues affecting the client and communicate key insights and recommendations based on the case team's research and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree from a top-ranked school (M2, MBA, M.Phil., Postdoc).
  • At least 7 years of experience in a management consulting firm with demonstrated project and team management skills.
  • Superior analytical skills combined with expertise in strategy consulting approaches.
