Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Act as a key member of the Senior People Team, providing strategic leadership to the People Directorate and actively contributing to the development and delivery of the People and Culture Plan.
  • Leadership and Talent Development: Identify and nurture compassionate and inclusive leadership and talent within the organization through targeted development programs, collaborating with HR to implement succession planning and talent retention strategies.
  • Management Development: Design and deliver comprehensive manager induction programmes for all newly appointed managers to ensure they are compassionate, inclusive and effective managers of people.

Salary: £113,557 - £129,443 per annum inc HCA's
