• We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting students with mental health difficulties and improving their emotional dysregulation.
• As a SEMH Support Assistant, you will work 1:1 and in groups with teenagers in key stage 3 and 4, providing support to those with trauma and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
• You will have a very positive approach in communicating with students, improving their self-esteem and confidence, and working alongside counsellors, social workers, and occupational therapists.
• This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with the opportunity to earn up to £500 per week on a PAYE basis.
• To be successful in this role, you will have graduated with a minimum 2:1 from a top 30 UK university and have child-centred experience, preferably supporting vulnerable teenagers or children with SEMH.
• We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and all applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
