About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Supporting SEMH Students to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).

You will work closely with the class teacher and other members of the school team to develop and implement individualized plans for each student. This may include providing one-to-one support, participating in group activities, and contributing to team meetings to discuss student progress.

Requirements

  • A level 2 or 3 qualification in mental health support work or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
